Have been to East Wittering a number of times and stayed in several rental properties, but the difference between being 100 yards from the beach and being on the beach in this one was huge.Really well equipment house, with lots of nice touches like books, games, dvds, Smart TV with several subscriptions and have I mentioned the location :)
