This holiday accommodation offers something for everyone thanks to its beautiful central location. This group accommodation is within walking distance of both the cozy center of Groenlo and the natural playground "Ravott'n" (located in the city park de Grolse Weiden). In addition, this spacious and charming holiday home has a beautiful fenced garden of about 2.5 hectares and can accommodate groups of up to 16 people with its 8 bedrooms.
A holiday home in Gelderland for smaller groups The accommodation features both a dining and lounging room with a wood stove in the center of both rooms. the open kitchen offers plenty of cooking equipment. Ideal for a stay with either a small or large group. The ground floor of this accommodation features a two-person bedroom with a toilet/shower, which is easily accessible for disabled persons. Five of the total of eight bedrooms are located on the first floor. In addition, the first floor offers two toilet rooms and three bathrooms, each equipped with both a shower and a sink. The second floor of this accommodation features two bedrooms. All bedrooms in this accommodation are furnished with box-spring beds for optimal sleeping comfort and offer a view of the nationwide surroundings. The accommodation has parking facilities for six cars.

Shopping, cinema or theater are all available at a 15 minute drive in Winterswijk and at approx. 30 minutes by car in Enschede or Doetinchem.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk weekend in een heel groot huis. Onze gastvrouw heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen. De tuin erom heen is geweldig. Konden buiten tafeltennissen, voetballen en voor de kleintjes stonden zelfs karretjes om zelf mee te rijden. Ruimte genoeg. We hebben prachtige familie foto's gemaakt. Mooie herinneringen van een heerlijk weekend:-)

Groot huis, ruim opgezet met een enorm grote tuin. 8 slaapkamers en 3 douches en een badkamer beneden. Vooral die tuin is prachtig. Heerlijk spelen, volleyballen , voetballen . Picknicken onder de boom.
Fijn ontvangst door de eigenaresse die het huis ernaast heeft. Alle vrijheid.

Een heerlijk comfortabel vakantiehuis met heel veel buitenruimte. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen van klein tot groot. Ook de omgeving is prachtig. Wij hebben met 9 volwassenen en 7 kleinkinderen enorm genoten.
