New at Team Læsø. This fantastic view house, sun house, spread over 3 floors on one of the best beaches on Læsø. Beautiful light and blue water as a view, no matter where you are in the house. From the sunny house you have nature, beach and the cosy harbour area just outside the door.
On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms, one bathroom with shower and toilet, and one with toilet. Large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (for two children) and access to the small terrace with outdoor shower surrounded by beach grasses and dune roses. On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and spa. There is a small balcony on both floors, one facing the beach, in the lee and morning sun. The other faces the Vesterø harbour. Both balconies are furnished with cosy furniture. On the third and last floor there is a large beautiful kitchen/living room with a fantastic panoramic view. The balcony on the third floor with cosy furniture creates the setting for the most wonderful hours, with a view of the sunsets over the Kattegat. An extremely comfortable and modern equipped house in one of the best locations on Læsø, which leads to many walks along Kongestranden - perhaps accompanied by your dogs (possibility to bring more dogs).

NOTE: The house has two bedrooms. For the season 2025 there will be three bedrooms

It is only rented to people over 25 years.
NOTE: Final cleaning is mandatory and included in the price. electricity consumption is exclusive of the house rent.
It is not allowed to bring your own barbecue in the rented house.
