The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 1st floor is inhabited and remains closed whereas two rooms on the ground floor are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to the guests.
The house is built on terraced grounds, the entrance is on the 1st floor.
The interiors consist of: hallway, living room with 1 double sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, window with wonderful views onto the valley, 1 double bedroom (beds may be divided), 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, dining table.
A couple of steps lower: 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, wc and bidet. The outside of the house consist of a patio equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a terraced garden. From the house level some steps lead to the terrace below where guests have at their disposal a swimming pool. Parking space at roughly 50 m from the house, a steep, not paved path conducts to the house.
It is possible to unload luggage/groceries in front of the house. Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us. Please note: All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH. The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN. The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay. Visiting family, two nights. Connection was decent for working remotely. Appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen for meals and enjoyed relaxing in the garden after work hours.

We had a fantastic time in the hills outside Lucca. Our hosts were gracious, responsive and extremely attentive, we felt very looked after throughout our stay there. The views are beautiful. The drive up the hill was a little windy and it was a bit tricky to find on day one, but after that it was a great stay.
