This beautiful villa near Imotski consists of a ground floor and a first floor with outdoor parking spaces and can accommodate a total of 12 people.
On the ground floor there is a separate room with a washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom without a shower.
On the first floor, which is reached by external stairs, there is a living room, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom.
What makes this house special is the beautiful garden with a swimming pool and deckchairs, next to which there is a large covered dining room with a kitchen where you can enjoy socializing, eating and drinking with family and friends.
Next to the villa there is a basketball court and a separate area paved with artificial grass intended for the youngest.
There is also a gym equipped with equipment, table football and a bathroom at your disposal.

The Imot region lies behind the Biokovo mountain, in the Dalmatian Zagora. Imotski is a very picturesque town with numerous cafes and restaurants. There is also a large shopping center. The most important monuments are the old Topan fortress. Below Topana is the Blue Lake, a favorite promenade, and in the summer months, the main beach in Imotski. In the immediate vicinity (1.5 km) is Crveno jezero, the deepest karst lake in Europe with a depth of 528 meters. We suggest you visit the red and blue lakes because they are truly natural wonders. There are wine roads where you can enjoy tasting high-quality and award-winning wines or tasting the first Dalmatian sparkling wine. Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub hier!
Das Haus ist sauber und schön, der Pool ist toll und die Außenküche war bei der Hitze himmlisch.
Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, hat uns oft etwas leckeres zu Essen vorbeigebracht und uns am Ende sogar kostenlos ein paar Tage länger bleiben lassen. Wir sind super dankbar und können jedem empfehlen dieses Haus zu Mieten!

Un grand merci à Luka et sa famille pour leur accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans leur maison. L'extérieur est parfait : la piscine, la terrasse, la cuisine d'été, le coin basket. Les chambres et appartements sont très confortables, avec une bonne literie et sont très propres. Un grand merci pour ce séjour
