An attractive and cosy holiday flat in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 4 persons, with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the flat Rayo de Sol, you will find a warm and cosy accommodation with a beautiful communal pool for quiet weekends. Enjoy the serene beauty of the Mediterranean coast in Calpe.
Enter and you will find two sofas in the living room, a flat screen TV with TV Vlaanderen (Belgium channels) and Spanish channels, air conditioning and free WIFI. From this room you can also access the private terrace. Have a glass of wine on the terrace or enjoy a barbecue. There is a table with six chairs and a lounge set where you can comfortably end pleasant summer evenings.
Prepare coffee and breakfast every morning in the well-equipped kitchen with all appliances, such as ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc. Next to the kitchen you will find a dining table for 4.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobe and air conditioning.
There is a family sized bathroom with bath/shower combination, toilet and washbasin.
This flat is ideal for couples, tourists and those who need a place to stay for business. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and will guarantee peace and relaxation. There is a private parking space.

2: One small well-behaved dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional fee of 50,00 € must be paid on arrival.

4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.

Het terras met de loungebank
Er was veel schimmel in beide slaapkamers, aan plafond en ook op de muren. Deze klacht gemeld maar pas op de een na laatste dag kwam er iemand met een verfkwast. Daarmee los je dat probleem zeker niet op. Er werd op mijn

Un séjour parfait ….La résidence est vraiment magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes et la piscine.L appartement est très fonctionnel avec sa grande terrasse, très propre à l arrivée.Nous reviendrons gros le coup de cœur !

De service is super. Het appartement was schoon en het terras is heerlijk.
Het afvoerputje in het douche gedeelte stroomt niet snel genoeg door. Als je de kraan goed open draait stroomt de hele badkamer vol water.
