Beautiful holiday villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A privately located, traditionally Spanish holiday villa wonderfully situated in Carrio, a quiet urbanization in Calpe.
This villa is an excellent choice if you are looking for a well-located rental along the coast of Calpe and Benissa. It offers a spacious living area that presents the cozy atmosphere of Spain.
Relax on the sofa or read the newspaper in one of the two seats.
Enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round.
However, it can get a bit chilly in the evenings in winter.
Then everyone gathers and puts an extra log on the fireplace. The villa is equipped with all conveniences such as Wi-Fi internet, satellite flat-screen TV with TV Vlaanderen, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. The first two bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the villa.
One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a built-in wardrobe.
The other bedroom has 1 double bed and a sofa bed, so this bedroom sleeps 4 people.
This bedroom also has air conditioning. The other two bedrooms and the bathroom are located next to the house but can be reached via the covered terrace.
The modern master bedroom has a double bed, an Ibiza-style wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.
In this bathroom, you will find a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
Next to this bedroom, you will find another room with a sofa.
This is a sofa bed suitable for two people. For a completely relaxing holiday, step inside, close the door, and let your mind wander on any of the loungers and relax around the pool and drink your favorite cocktails and cool off. The pool can be heated upon request (see information below). And that's not all. Enjoy the long summer evenings together while cooking fresh fish and delicious grilled meats in the outdoor kitchen. To make your holiday as comfortable as possible, you can use the washing machine, there is ample parking on the private property for several cars.

Das schönste vom ganzen Haus war die Küche und dann der Wohn-, Essbereich.
Der Terassenbereich war ok und schwer einsehbar.
Alle Zimmer (außer einem Schlafzi.) konnten nicht ausr. beheizt werden. Ein Kamin zog nicht richtig ab, der andere wurde erst garnicht gesäubert.
Die Kleiderschränke hatten teilw. k. Türen; die Schubladen stanken von innen u. waren nicht zu gebrauchen, so dass wir unsere Wäsche u. Handtücher im Koff...
