The gourmet kitchen and the stunning large living room will be the perfect place to gather and relax after a day at the beach.
The living room has a smart TV, free Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and the fireplace will help you pass the cold in the evening while you enjoy a book or a family game of cards.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and culinary utensils to enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
The master suite decor is chic and timeless, a beautiful king-size bed awaits you, with a built-in closet, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a bath and shower combination with a toilet and sink.
The other three bedrooms, one on the first floor and another on the third floor, have double beds, a closet, and two bedrooms with air conditioning.
And in the other two bathrooms, you can find a shower or a bath and shower combination, a toilet, and a sink.
The terrace and garden by the spectacular communal pool provide ample space during your holiday and are equipped with a lounge set, a gas BBQ with an adjacent outdoor dining area.
There is even a covered parking space in the garage.

For this, an additional amount of €50.00 must be paid upon arrival. 3: That a staircase is necessary at all times to reach the house and the pool next to the house is communal, not private. 4: To avoid the risk of fire, charging an electric car at the accommodation is prohibited! 5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not allowed. 6: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times. 7: You are renting private accommodation.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with toilet paper and soap, but you will need to replenish them yourself.

Het huis was geweldig, alles was schoon, grote ruimtes en netjes. De buurt was rustig en het gedeelde zwembad kwamen af en toe, niet elke dag, 2 tot 4 andere personen.
