The living room has smart TV, free wifi (fibre optic), a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and the fireplace will help you pass the chill in the evening while enjoying a book or a game of cards with the family. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and culinary utensils to enjoy a pleasant dining experience.



The décor of the master suite is elegant and timeless, a beautiful king bed awaits you, with built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and private bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower combination with toilet and sink.



The other three bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the third floor, have double beds, wardrobe and two bedrooms with air conditioning. And in the other two bathrooms you can find a shower or a combination of bath and shower, toilet and washbasin.



The terrace and garden next to the spectacular communal pool provide plenty of space during your holiday and are equipped with a lounge set, a gas barbecue with an adjacent outdoor dining area. There is even a covered parking space in the garage.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7kg is permitted. For this, an additional fee of 50,00 € must be paid on arrival.

3: A ladder is required at all times to reach the house and the swimming pool next to the house is communal, not private.

4: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car in the accommodation!

5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; it is not allowed to exceed this number.

6: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.

7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
