The family room has a heater surrounded by a comfortable sofa. Watch TV with added Dutch channels! You will also find a stereo (radio/CD) and a dining area in the living room. The living room has a "quiet" area along with several books to enjoy. From this space you have direct access to a cosy balcony leading to the pool and outside patio.



We offer free internet access, surf the web, check email, upload photos, keep in touch with friends, family or the office from anywhere in the house, on the patio or balcony, or even by the pool. It is easy to use and available to you as our guest.




Fully equipped, the kitchen includes a large refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.



The master suite on this floor offers a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet and double sink. On this floor there is another small bedroom with a bunk bed.



There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families with children. The bathroom in the hallway has a shower/bath combination, toilet and washbasin. In the hallway you will find the doors leading to the beautiful balcony with a beautiful view over Calpe and the Mediterranean Sea.



Spend your evenings on the screened porch enjoying the silence, reading a book, playing cards or just having fun. Or relax and enjoy a nice barbecue. Because the porch is equipped with a gas barbecue and a large worktop.



And to complete your holiday in Tonella, you have your own parking space and the villa is located in a cul-de-sac. There is a garage with table tennis table, washing machine and tumble dryer. And the whole house has central heating and all 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.
