Cosy holiday bungalow in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms.
After a full day of exploring, centre yourself in this comfortable and well-lit bungalow. Throw your dirty clothes in the washing machine, lie back on the sofa and enjoy a movie or log on to the free WiFi to chat with friends back home.
Your kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need, and the dining table fits six easily.
The bungalow will accommodate up to six people in three beautiful bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower combination, toilet and washbasin. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Professionally laundered, hotel quality linens, including bath towels are provided for all guests. Just pack (or rent) your beach towel for the pool or beach. Wash your own clothes? No problem, the bungalow has its own washing machine.
End the day with an evening swim in the communal pool, or enjoy a drink in your private garden after enjoying a feast on the charcoal barbecue.
The bungalow has private parking for your car and private parking in the enclosed bike shed for your bicycle.

2. One well behaved dog with a maximum weight of 10 kg is allowed. Fee: 50 €.

4. The communal swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 10 November.
5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; it is not allowed to exceed this number.
6: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.

La piscina comunitaria era amplia para los 3 adosados. Vecinos agradables y respetuosos. El jardín privado es perfecto para hacer una barbacoa. La ubicación es buena. En 15 minutos andando puedes ir a la playa. La zona de la playa está llena de restaurantes y locales de ocio.
Todo perfecto.

La zona, la piscina climatizada.
Algunas ventanas no cierran y te vas de excursión con sentimiento de inseguridad . Necesitaría una vuelta de pintura. Si cobran la limpieza posterior, no se entienden tantas exigencias antes de la salida de la casa.
