Comfortable apartment located in the basement (level -1) of a historic 1930s building, overlooking interior garden.

It comfortably accommodates 5 people in 100 m2 of space with two bedrooms.
Located in a strategic position close to the Vatican, in front of the Nervi Hall, a few steps from San Pietro Station with which you can move quickly throughout Rome, without traffic and thanks to connections with the subway.

Independent heating. - From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from which it is possible to take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso / Porta Fabbrica" stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. - From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach Roma Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service.
From here you can take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso / Porta Fabbrica" stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. - From Rome Termini Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso / Porta Fabbrica" stop(16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.

It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at the San Pietro Garage, 2 minutes away on foot The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. Very satisfied with flat its location and recommendations from the host about tikets, food etc.
Flat is clean, comfortable, silent, everything inside what is needed.
Location is central, walkable to Vaticano and 40 min to Colosseum (by foot), bus station is 3 min away, which is also cool.
So all in all, I would definitely recommend it!

ubicacion estratregica para caminar y tomar el transporte, ademas alrededor hay restaurantes accessibles y tiendas de conveniencia que cierran a la media noche, a pesar que un aire acondicionado no funciono a la perfeccion en una habitacion, aunque el anfitrion dio las instrucciones no se pudo utilizar, no hizo falta porque el lugar es fresco a pesar que es verano.

L'appartement est cosy et quand on est dedans on 'e se rend pas compte que nous sommes en sous-sol. Certains équipements sont un peu cheap mais au moins ils sont présents! L'emplacement est idéal et l'endroit est très calme.un super séjour!
