It comfortably accommodates 5 people in 100 m2 of space with two bedrooms.



Located in a strategic position close to the Vatican, in front of the Nervi Hall, a few steps from San Pietro Station with which you can move quickly throughout Rome, without traffic and thanks to connections with the subway. The area is also well served by several bus lines


The interior space is divided as follows

LIVING AREA.Entrance hall with wardrobe.

Kitchen equipped with four induction burners, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, waffle and mocha coffee maker, wine glasses and various utensils. Peninsula with stools. Single bed (0.80x1.90 mt) used as sofa and smart TV (NO antenna), dining table. AC split (with heat pump).

BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 mt), two lamps, closet and TV with Chrome Cast. AC split (with heat pump).

BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60x1.90 mt), two bedside tables with lamps, closet and chest of drawers. Split of the AC (with heat pump).

BATHROOM 1. Anteroom: laundry corner with washing machine and shoe rack; bathroom with large shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink and hair dryer.

BATHROOM 2. Bathtub/shower with whirlpool, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.


NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.


- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from which it is possible to take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso / Porta Fabbrica" stop ​​(16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.


- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach Roma Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service. From here you can take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso / Porta Fabbrica" stop ​​(16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.


- From Rome Termini Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso / Porta Fabbrica" stop​​(16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to take a regional train, such as train 12514 Civitavecchia or 4500 Grosseto, stopping at "Stazione San Pietro", a 5-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.

It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at the San Pietro Garage, 2 minutes away on foot


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
