This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The mobile home is located in a family-friendly accommodation within the beautiful 5-star holiday resort Bella Italia.
The old town of Peschiera is easily accessible via the pedestrian promenade along the lake.
The holiday resort is located directly on Lake Garda, which magically attracts visitors for splashing and swimming, canoeing or pedal boating.
The main attraction of the holiday resort is undoubtedly the large, fantastic pool area: five pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, separate areas for younger guests, and a fun water mushroom ensure fun for young and old. The multilingual animation team organizes courses, tournaments, and games for guests of all ages every day. In the evenings, you will be entertained with performances, musical moments, and events for an unforgettable holiday memory.
The resort has restaurants, a supermarket, a souvenir shop, medical services, Wi-Fi, several great playgrounds, a wide variety of sports facilities, and a well-equipped pebble beach.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. The Happy Relax accommodation can accommodate 6 people (including one child up to a maximum of 12 years/60kg) and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, and a children's room with a single bed, a pull-out bed, and a bunk bed. Another sleeping option is in the living room.
All bedroom windows have mosquito nets.
The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas hob, dishes, cutlery, and cooking pots, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella, electric grill, and two loungers/deck chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Half-board or full-board can also be booked on-site upon request. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired seasonal period.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The 1 km long pebble beach directly adjoining the holiday resort is a large, free beach.
Those who prefer to lie on grass will find a large green area on the beautiful beach of Lake Garda.
Many water sports opportunities are available to guests: windsurfing, paraflying, and rowing.
The ideal place to relax with a sunbath or to dedicate yourself to one of the many sports activities.
A snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the restaurants located directly on the beach, which offer a refreshingly delicious selection. POOL The pool area is simply overwhelming: 5 pools are available to holiday guests, which not only make children's hearts beat faster but also offer a real experience for adults.
With water slides, a large water mushroom, and water games, fun is guaranteed.
A large sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas is available for relaxation.
A highlight is also the artificially created sandy beach near the pool area.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY During the mid and high season, a group of experienced, multilingual animators will gently liven up your stay.

There is a mini club for children aged 4 to 10 years.
Your children will have the opportunity to participate as protagonists in evening performances, attend cooking classes and the circus school, or take part in the exciting treasure hunt.
Every evening, the animation team, together with international guests, offers the best entertainment.
Furthermore, during the high season, there is a fantastic fireworks display every 15 days.
For those who want to be active, there is a wide selection of sports: basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, bocce, archery, or tennis. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay fit even on holiday, the choice is yours: football, beach volleyball, archery, or bocce are available.
Or keep fit with water aerobics twice a day. On the beach, you can go windsurfing, paraflying, rowing, pedal boating, or simply jogging along the lake.
Bicycle rental is also available. SHOPPING The holiday resort has a grocery store where you can find fresh food as well as a wide selection of daily necessities. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, filter coffee machine, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.
The restaurants will gladly spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals. PETS Pets are NOT allowed. SPECIAL You can rent a buoy or a boat parking space.

The holiday resort is car-free.
Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc. are provided.

High chairs and travel cots must be ordered when booking if desired or must be registered at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed). PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda is located on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. The old town of Peschiera, completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleys, you'll find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few train stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore very easily accessible by public transport. A small marina can also be found in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideally suited for wheelchair users and families with strollers. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious salami, cheese, and fresh fruit and vegetables cheaply at the weekly markets. Market day in Peschiera is every Monday. Next to Peschiera lies the town of Castelnuovo del Garda. This town boasts a castle built by the Visconti in the 14th century, which towers over the old town of Castelnuovo. In just half an hour you can reach Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping spree. Even the picturesque Venice is still easily reachable from Peschiera. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally large range of theme parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, which is one of the largest theme parks in Italy. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the whitewater raft to the fairytale theme world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to bring visitors closer to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
