This holiday home is beautifully situated in the woody area of Koekange on the border of Drenthe and Overijssel. For children, there is plenty to do. There is a large playing field with a playground and a meadow with dwarf goats. Both inside and outside, the accommodation has a large seating area with enough room for the whole family. The accommodation is the perfect base for walking and cycling enthusiasts. Admire the nature in one of the nearby National Parks: The Dwingelderveld, Drents-Friesian Wold, Reestdal or Weerribben-Wieden. A visit to the picturesque water village of Giethoorn is also a must. Rent a boat and take a wonderful trip through the canals, across the lakes or between the reed beds.

The accommodation can accommodate six to 12 people and is ideal for families and families with children. The spacious living room has a large, comfortable sitting area with digital television, a radio and a CD/DVD player. In the same room there is also a large dining table for twelve people. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, large refrigerator, combination microwave, kettle and two coffee makers. Here there is also a bar with three stools. There are five bedrooms in the accommodation; two bedrooms are on the first floor and both have two single box-spring beds. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor, two bedrooms have two single box spring beds and one bedroom has four single beds of which two are box springs. The accommodation has two bathrooms with a shower and a sink, both located on the first floor. There are a total of two separate toilets, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. For enthusiasts there is a soccer table, shuffleboard and various toys available. Outside you have a spacious garden with an ample seating area, a playing field, a children's playground with slide, swings, go-kart and a meadow with dwarf goats. There is also ample seating and parking space. By arrangement, it is possible to place your own caravan or a small tent on the property.

The surroundings of Koekange invite you to take long cycling and walking trips through the province of Drenthe. Picturesque village greens, vast heathlands and vast forests alternate subtly. Besides the impressive nature, Drenthe entices with a rich history of megalithic tombs and many (open-air) museums. With Giethoorn, Museum Village Orvelte, Planetron Dwingeloo and National Park Dwingelderveld nearby, Koekange is the perfect base for several excursions. Visit Zwolle, Hoogeveen or Meppel for great shopping and enjoy the terraces on one of the cosy town squares. In summer, numerous activities are also organised in the nearby towns.
