The open living-dining area with an adjoining kitchen leads directly onto the approx. 20 m² semi-covered terrace – the perfect place to start your day or wind down in the evening, letting your gaze wander over the sea. You also have a view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea from the double bedroom.
A shower room and a separate toilet complete the offering. From the apartment, you can also enjoy the amenities of the complex in close proximity: the communal pool with its accompanying restaurant, which also boasts a fantastic sea view, and further stone terraces with direct access to the sea invite you to relax.
The excellent facilities of the residence also include two other restaurants and a small grocery store for daily needs (closed November to March). Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are easily accessible on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and the beach in front of them along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further on, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wood, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

The views & the pool
The kitchen facilities were not good and things were very difficult to find as drawers & cupboards were very untidy

Es war extrem ruhig und die Privatsphäre ist angenehm gegeben.
Der elektrische Heiz- Radiator war für die ganze Wohnung zu klein.
Der Heizstrahler m Bad war dagegen super.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders der Ausblick war sehr schön. Auch die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - wir waren das erste Mal dort, aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal! Der Empfang vor Ort durch Enrico war prima, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank für die Empfehlung und bis hoffentlich bald wieder.
