Cozy Vacation Apartment with Dream Sea View in a Prime Location
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this charming apartment, offering a dreamlike sea view from almost every room.
Located just a stone's throw from the sea, the apartment impresses with a bright, cozy living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen and two double bedrooms for up to four people – one of which offers direct sea views.
Both bedrooms share a shower room. The approximately 15 m² partially covered sun terrace not only provides shade on hot days but also offers a spectacular view of the open sea.
The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance with its own small hallway. You can comfortably reach all the amenities of the complex on foot: enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea via the complex's direct sea access or in the communal pool, which is flanked by a restaurant with breathtaking sea views.
The well-developed local infrastructure also includes two more restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store for spontaneous needs (closed from November to March). The ideal location continues in the surroundings: the beautiful sandy beaches of Paguera as well as the intimate pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within pleasant walking distance, as is the lively town center with its diverse gastronomic and shopping mile. Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are easily accessible on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and the beach in front of them along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further on, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wood, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Die Unterkunft war genau, wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Sie war sehr sauber und der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war immer erreichbar. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out haben reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. In den Ort selbst kommt man sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto. Lediglich die Parkmöglichkeit waren begrenzt.

Super schöne Lage. Sehr ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wohnung sehr schön renoviert. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon / Terrasse ist der Hammer.
