From the living and dining area, as well as from both terraces, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sparkling blue sea over the houses in front. The apartment offers two terraces, each approximately 4 m², one off the living room and one off the bedroom, both boasting partial sea views.
The comfortable double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional shower room is also available. You don't have to go far for everyday conveniences: the complex itself offers direct sea access for a refreshing dip, and in the upper part of the complex, there is a communal pool with an attached restaurant that boasts a fantastic sea view.
On-site, you will also find two other restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket for spontaneous purchases (closed during the winter season from November to March). The surrounding area also scores points for its excellent accessibility: the beautiful sandy beaches of Paguera and the idyllic pebble cove of Cala Fornells are just a few minutes' walk away.
You can also quickly reach the vibrant town center with its diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and enjoy relaxing days in this cozy vacation apartment.

Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are easily accessible on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and the beach in front of them along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further on, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wood, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Udvalget/mængden af viskestykker og håndklæder kunne være bedre. Husk at folk kommer med fly!
Besværligt og utrygt at skulle betale kontant ved ankomst. Mange penge at skulle rejse med.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, jedoch da 1.OG sehr viele Leute, die vorbeigehen und einen auf dem Balkon immer beobachten. Ausstattung okay, leider mussten wir alles verbrauchbare kaufen, selbst die Spülmaschinentabs und Handseife. Bett sehr hart, nicht für jeden geeignet. Klimaanlage ist ein plus Punkt.
