New designer villa for 8 adults plus babies with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large pool (fenced on request), garden, WiFi internet, air conditioning, and DOMOTIK system, near Sa Pobla
Our modern-style "Natura Relax" villa was completed in March 2017 and is located in the northern part of Mallorca, near Sa Pobla, between the historic towns of Muro and Búger. Mallorca offers over 300 days of sunshine per year, ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday.
Due to the excellent location of our house, many places and sights can be reached very quickly and easily.
To cover daily needs, you only have to drive 5 minutes to Sa Pobla.
In this typical Mallorcan town, you will find everything... supermarkets, gas stations, doctors, pharmacies, a weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and much more.
The nearest sandy beach is easily accessible in just a 12-minute drive.
The route takes you directly from the finca along the S'Albufera nature reserve to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, "Platjas de Muro." A clean sandy beach with turquoise waters, easily accessible, ideal for families with children. "Natura Relax" is located in a quiet countryside, away from noise and tourism, with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding nature. The 3,500 m² plot is completely fenced and offers many square meters of lawn for playing and relaxing.
You can park your rental cars directly at the entrance to the plot.
Behind the house is the large pool (7m x 12m), with a bubbling jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and modern sun loungers.
Upon request, there is the possibility to fence the pool, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your children.
On the covered terrace, you can find shaded spots in the afternoon.
Around the house, from every corner, you can enjoy a beautiful view and a very tranquil atmosphere. Once you enter the villa, you will be surprised by the great taste and artistic details with which the interior has been furnished and decorated.
Everything is new and perfectly coordinated.
All rooms are equipped with the DOMOTIK-House-System.
Domotik allows for the fulfillment of all your needs in the areas of comfort, security, care, and efficiency, including the integration of information and communication technologies, lighting, security, access control, climate control, etc. The villa is divided into 2 levels.
On the ground floor, we have a very bright living room with a very comfortable XXL sofa, satellite TV, and a dining table.
From here, you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island in the center, bar stools, and a large dining table.
All appliances are very modern and of high quality.
During dinner, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the garden and the pool.
Everything is celebrated in bright tones with pleasant accent colors.
The sleeping area on the ground floor is divided into 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed 1.80m x 2m, 1 with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2m). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, either with a whirlpool tub or a massage shower column.
Each bathroom is individually designed, very modern, and tastefully decorated.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and very comfortable beds.
One of the bedrooms even has a large walk-in closet, or rather a dressing room due to its size and comfort.
On the upper level of the villa, accessed via a wide "floating" staircase, there is another very spacious double bedroom with a double bed (2.20m x 2m) and a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.
From here, you have the opportunity to relax on the spacious terrace.
All rooms are equipped with sliding door elements, creating a very pleasant and open feeling of space.
Since the house is completely insulated, this is fully sufficient to create an absolutely pleasant room temperature, whether in summer or winter.

It was a nice week with my friends in this villa. The villa was top notch with 5 star luxury. The pool with hot tub was an extra that we used a lot. The location was perfect, just outside a village so you were not bothered by anyone. Only downside were the mosquitoes that sometimes come all together and this was a nuisance during dinner.

Great modern villa with good space internally and externally. All rooms are spacious with adequate facilities. Would be much improved with a better garden area and shaded areas which would hide the agricultural views. Pool is excellent.
