The vacation villa is located on a large, unfenced property on a hillside surrounded by meadows, forests, mountains, and Lake Mezzola, only about 15 minutes from Lake Como.
The garden is terraced with stone walls surrounding the house.
There is another house about 200 m above, but otherwise you can enjoy peace and quiet with no immediate neighbors.
To the side of the house, there is a covered terrace with a long wooden table.
The garden also features a beautiful antique stone table that seats eight people and a Weber charcoal grill for cozy BBQ evenings.
The property is located directly above the lake, and a path leads you down to a small beach in about 5-10 minutes.
The garden offers plenty of space to relax in a deck chair, play, and run around.
For children, there is also a climbing frame with a swing and slide.
The house is in a modern Italian country house style with lots of stone and wood elements and warm terracotta floors.
The bathrooms are bright and friendly.
You enter the natural stone villa on the mountain side through the front door.
On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room with a modern, fully equipped country kitchen and a large dining table, as well as access to the covered terrace with a large wooden table with enough space for the whole family.
At the other end of the room, there is a cozy fireplace and couch area, as well as a smart TV with international channels and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and music.
On the upper floor, a small hallway connects the bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers and access to a small wooden balcony with stunning lake and mountain views.
Bedroom 2 is a four-bed room with a double bed, bunk bed, and chest of drawers, and also has lake and mountain views.
The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet.
On the lake side of the attic is bedroom 4, another double bedroom with a fantastic view of Lake Mezzola and the surrounding nature.
To the side is bedroom 3, a small twin room with bunk beds and a spacious bathroom with a brick open shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The original vaulted cellar is accessible via the staircase or the garden and is lit by an atmospheric mix of floor lighting and candles.
Equipped with a large wood-burning stove and a rustic oak table for 10 people, this place is unique and especially suitable for cozy evenings of celebration.
Below the property, accessible via a path about a 5-minute walk away, is a small beach.
Here you can swim, go sailing, canoeing, and more.
It is also ideal for excursions from Lake Mezzola via the Mera River to Lake Como in an idyllic natural setting.
Gera Lario is about a 20-minute drive away, and the route is also easy to cover by mountain bike.

Hervorragend
