The villa Casa Milo with spectacular views, is located in a quiet residential urbanization 15 minutes drive from the town of Salobrena, is spread over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one quadruple, all with double bed) therefore can accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, air conditioning and washing machine.
This villa offers a private outdoor space with swimming pool, garden, uncovered terrace, covered terrace and gas barbecue.
There is a parking area available in front of the property (shared with neighbors).
In Salobrena you will find beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, water activities and a 10th century Moorish castle.
Smoking and events are not allowed.
No loud or disturbing noises are allowed after 23:00 hours.

la vue etait vraiment magnifique la villa est spacieuse avec tout les équipements necesaires. kery notre hôte vraiment à l écoute une personne très agréable. merci kery pour votre patience et gentillesse.
l emplacement parking compliqué vue que c est partagé et si vous venez avec 2 voitures mais la hôte à su nous trouver la solution pour se garer dans le garage de la propriété.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa Casa Milo in Salobreña. Die Villa war sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf Meer und Berge – besonders von der großen Terrasse und dem Poolbereich aus.
Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders...
Kleinigkeiten müssen repariert werden (Lampen, Vorhangschienen, Poolleiter,...)
Aber alles nichts Tragisches (wird lt. Auskunft im Herbst repariert)
