L appartement est idéalement placé, à quelques marches de la plage. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable.
En contre partie c est en contre bas du parking donc il y a un escalier a avec de nombreuses marches pour accéder à appartement. (Comme indiqué dans l annonce)
L immeuble est un peu vieux et au dessus du bar de plage la gaviota mais l emplacement pardonne tout !
