The family-friendly accommodation Residence La Rotonda impresses with its unique panoramic location, which offers an impressive view of Lake Garda.

The centre of Tignale with its typical Italian alleyways, restaurants and shops is just a few minutes' walk away.

Lake Garda can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The comfortable flats are tastefully furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The restaurant with bar, the tennis courts and the playground of the nearby hotel of the same name, La Rotonda, can be used free of charge.

There is also a wonderful sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers.

For the colder months, there is an indoor pool from mid-September to mid-May.

WLAN, heating and a safe are available in the flats free of charge.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional charge.

These must be booked in advance and paid for on site.

One car park is available, a second car park can be booked additionally if required. Bilo 4 Pax The recently renovated 38 square metre two-room flat offers space for a maximum of 4 people.

It has one bedroom with a double bed.

The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space for 2 people.

The kitchen has been integrated into the living room and has a gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso machine, a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, hairdryer and shower.

There is also a satellite TV.

The balcony invites you to relax with a table and chairs, as well as two deckchairs and offers a fantastic view of Lake Garda.

A car park is included in the price.

Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY The minimum stay is 5 nights from 22 June to 7 September 2024. 3 nights is the minimum stay in the remaining period.

Arrival is possible daily.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged.

BEACH The shores of Lake Garda are just a few minutes' drive away.

Here you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.

POOL The complex's swimming pool provides a refreshing dip in the summer months and offers a marvellous view of the lake.

Sun loungers are dotted around the pool, which you can use free of charge.

There is also an indoor pool in the complex for the colder months.

This means you can enjoy swimming all year round. FAMILY-FRIENDLY Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches on Lake Garda or swimming fun for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool.

A baby cot and high chair can be hired on request for a fee (reservation required when booking).

Please note that the maximum number of people is 4 including the baby cot. LEISURE AND SPORTS The residence has an outdoor pool.

Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a wide range of sporting activities.

You can practise water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and motor boating.

The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours.

SHOPPING Supermarkets and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso machine, a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The complex has a restaurant with bar.

There are also a number of restaurants in the neighbourhood serving delicious Italian dishes. PETS One small pet up to max. 40 cm is permitted and is subject to additional costs.
