The accommodation is located in one of the quietest and most exclusive neighbourhoods in the capital. A residential area full of services, shops, cafes and restaurants.

With a supermarket a few meters away as well as shops and various services, including metro and bus stations.

Surrounded by several bus stations, you can move without problems from your accommodation to anywhere in the city in a few minutes.

The nearest Metro stations are: Islas Filipinas (line 7) or Canal (line 2).




In our property you will live in a space designed for the enjoyment and tranquillity of each guest. You will have access to all common areas that you can use whenever you want during your stay (living room with TV, dining room, kitchen, gym and laundry).




Outside the room you will have the following spaces


- Living room/shared: comfortable sofas, TV, armchairs and a large space where you can work with laptops.



* In this area you will also find a vending machine for snacks and soft drinks. You will find it next to the dining room.




- Laundry: washing machine and dryer (for a fee) located on the -2 floor.




- Gym: A small area where you can train to maintain your routine, in the comfort of the accommodation and without having to leave the building.







Once you have made your booking and before your arrival we will need you to check in online, which is simply to register your details for the established control that we must carry out.



Remember that we do not have a physical reception in the building, all the registration process and communications are online.
