Welcome to our charming house for rent in Roses, Costa Brava! Located just 400 meters from Santa Margarita Beach, this cozy house is ideal for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea. ️ The house is a spacious and comfortable property that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house has five bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families.
There are also three bathrooms with showers for added convenience. Inside the house, we find a spacious dining room with seating for all guests to enjoy meals together.
There are two additional sofa beds to accommodate additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals and has enough space to cook for large groups.
There is a communal pool in the adjacent building.
The house has a fireplace, which is perfect for cooler evenings.
Outside, there is a garden with an awning for sun protection and garden tables and chairs to enjoy the warm weather.
The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, enjoying a meal al fresco, or sunbathing. ️ If a group of adults is interested in renting the house, please inquire about the conditions in advance.

L’accueil de roses.net très bien. Le logement très bien au niveau vaisselle électroménager aménagement
Les points négatifs le ménage n’est pas très bien fait entre deux locataires
Quelques portes manteaux dans les chambres et salle de bain serait nécessaire
Sinon maison super très bien placée
Semaine très agréable
