The 280 square metres include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an upper floor living space with kitchen, dining area and fireplace. One bedroom and bathroom are also located on the first floor, accessed via an open staircase from the ground floor. Therefore, the house has limited suitability for families with small children or those with mobility issues.
Three bedrooms and a bathroom containing the sauna and whirlpool bath are located on the ground floor. The double beds measure 160 x 200 cm. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating. All bedrooms offer access to a terrace, and upstairs to a balcony with magnificent panoramic views.
