Abelia is a luxurious detached holiday home that offers a kitchen/diner with a Smart TV, combi microwave/oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, there is also a sitting room with a Smart TV. There are four bedrooms with Smart TVs, one double with an en-suite shower room, 1 x king size which can be set up as twins on request, 1 x king size, there is also a further twin room, as well as a family bathroom and a utility/cloakroom. To the outside, find an enclosed gravel and decking area with furniture, as well as garage parking for one car, plus parking on the driveway in front of the garage for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 1.3 miles away, while the nearest pub is 150 metres away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Abelia is a beautifully presented holiday home in an excellent coastal location. Sorry, no stag or hen parties allowed. Please note, the owner of the property will require the name and age of each customer staying at the property.
