Custom Mews sits on quiet Bryn Lane in historic Beaumaris, 50 yards from the seafront while a 2 minute walk along Rosemary Lane takes you to the centre of this beautiful medieval town.
The house itself has an interesting history and was completely renovated in 2023. Now, exposed stone walls, slate floors, huge sash windows and ancient beams blend seamlessly with modern bathrooms, kitchen and a mix of contemporary furniture and antique pieces to provide a perfect Beaumaris bolthole. There are two bedrooms and a shower room downstairs.
Upstairs is a large space constituting the open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a second shower room.
Vaulted ceilings, beams and the incredible stonework on the exposed gable give this room real wow-factor while remaining a practical and sociable space to relax in after a days exploring or to gather for an evening meal.
