Enter into the cosy living room, located on the street level, where you will find a sofa, a smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out into the cosy garden, which features a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining, two sun loungers for Spanish sunbathing and a table with chairs for enjoying meals.



The kitchen features a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and hand blender. A separate toilet on this level ensures convenience, along with a pantry housing a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.



There are four bedrooms in total. Head upstairs from the living room to find three bedrooms: bedroom 1 has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower combination, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a ceiling fan and a wardrobe, while bedroom 3 offers a double folding bed, a ceiling fan and a wardrobe. A separate bathroom at the end of the corridor ensures the comfort of all guests, equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 4 is located in the basement and offers a cosy double bed and two chairs for extra comfort.
