Housing :
La Martre des pins is a traditional 3-star chalet that was largely renovated in 2014. Thus all sanitary facilities and kitchen are completely new for your comfort. About 15 minutes from the centre of Morzine on foot, the chalet allows you to be close to the attractions of the resort while being quiet. At the corner of the fire, admiring the view, or exploring the estate, this warm mountain chalet is ideal for family holidays. It can accommodate 10/12 people.

About 180m2 goes back on 3 levels, the cottage consists of the following:
Bereavement: An entrance with ski-room (shoe dryer), a children's room with 2x2 bunk beds (90×190), a laundry room, a double bedroom (160×200) en suite with shower and toilet, terrace access,
Level 1: a living room with wc and shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove, balcony access and garden,
Level 2: A clearance, a toilet, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, two double bedrooms (160×200) with balcony access, a double bedroom with a bed (130×190).
Access to the chalet a little pentu (prevent chains in winter for exceptional cases).
Outdoor parking for 3 cars.

Pets allowed, maximum 3, at a rate of 5€/day.
