The flat is located on the 3rd floor in a multi-storey flat block, directly at the beach crossing. The very well-kept 2-room flat is bright and cosily furnished, approx. 42m². In the living area there is a dining area and a seating area. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds. Separate new kitchen with oven (no GS), living room with TV and radio. Great view of the North Sea from the south-facing balcony. Paid parking spaces can be found at the house.
There is a lift in the house, it only stops on intermediate floors, access to the flat is not barrier-free. A laundry room with coin-operated machines is at your disposal.

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Ausblick sind hervorragend.
Die Wohnung selbst ist funktionell und modern eingerichtet.
Die Betten sind bequem, es ist viel Platz, um alle Sachen zu verstauen.
Auch für gemütliches Sitzen auf dem Balkon ist gesorgt.
War OK, aber das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis denke ich stimmt nicht.

Gute Lage . Gute Küchenutensilien und technische Geräte, WLAN klappte alles gut
Relativ abgelebt. Teppiche etc
Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt. wurde behelfsmässig repariert. Für Nachfolger irgendwann richtiges Problem.
Schlafzimmer sehr eng und Betten durch Schrank getrennt.
Nicht jedermanns Sache!

Die Wohnung liegt wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Zentral gelegen dennoch ruhig. Die gemütliche
ansprechende Einrichtung der Wohnung sowie eine Espressomaschine in der Küche ließen keine Wünsche offen.
