Robin Hill is a stunning detached bungalow set in an enviable position above the seaside village of Tresaith with breathtaking sea views and only a 5 minute downhill walk to this picturesque sandy beach and pub.
From the sloping drive with level parking area which accommodates several cars, 11 steps lead up into this luxury accommodation beautifully furnished in a contemporary style in vibrant colours reflecting the surrounding landscape and ever-changing blues of the sea. The open plan living space with wood floors is beautifully designed, so you can constantly admire the sweeping sea aspect, the floor to ceiling patio doors ensure it is filled with light and opens to the front decked terrace where you can dine alfresco or simply enjoy a morning coffee or a drink on a summer’s evening while you watch the sunset. Relax on the comfortable sofas and soak up the view. The well-equipped modern fitted kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, enjoy family meals at the central island dining breakfast bar.
Patio doors open to the rear enclosed terrace, a more sheltered spot, while steps lead to a sloping lawn where you take in the sea view over the roof tops. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, the zip and link and single bedrooms both offer wonderful sea views and the master to the back has an ensuite. There is a useful lockable storage for bikes, canoes etc. in the garage and everybody will enjoy the hot outside shower after a day on the beach. The picturesque ancient sandy cove of Tresaith is only 5 minutes' walk away, spend your days on the beach, swimming or rock pooling, there is even a hidden waterfall to discover. Enjoy meals in the beachside Ship Inn and restaurant, the food is excellent, there is also a shop and cafe. You will never tire of looking over Cardigan Bay, famous for its dolphin sightings. Join the Ceredigion section of the Wales Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline on foot. Aberporth is less than 2 miles away and has a choice of 2 beaches to explore and a range of pubs, restaurants and shops. A visit to Mwnt, famous for its dolphins should not be missed, while there are a further choice of seaside towns and beaches to visit including, Newquay and Llangrannog to the north and Poppit Sands and Gwbert to the south, all within a short drive. For a real treat visit the Cliff Hotel and its popular spa. The picturesque market town of Cardigan is near by, with its boutique shops and independent retailers, take in the riverside, Pizzatipi, for a pint and a meal or the, Theatre Mwldan, for a touch of culture.
