HELENA HOLIDAY HOME APARTMENT IN ALTEA In the heart of Altea, 50 metres from the beach, this fully renovated luxury apartment with a completely new interior and sea view is located! The modern decor and furnishings create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, where you can truly unwind.
The apartment complex borders the charming boulevard of Altea with various restaurants, bars and shops, a unique location.
Everything is within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind! The apartment has a shared swimming pool, but taking a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea is of course also delightful.
You can park your car in the underground garage, which also has a facility for charging your electric vehicle.

OUTSIDE AT APARTMENT HELENA From the living area, you walk through the sliding door onto the spacious terrace (facing east).
There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a lounge area.

From the pool, you can walk directly to Platja de l'Espigo beach.
