This luxury villa boasts a spacious 150 square meters of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it's the ideal place for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. Villa Meri is designed with your comfort in mind.
Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.
The bathrooms are modern and stylish, each fitted with a hairdryer for your convenience. The villa's fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze.
The open-plan living area is spacious and inviting, offering a sea view and National park Brijuni. Step outside and you'll find a stunning swimming pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip under the azure sky. The pool area is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a cocktail.
The villa also features a BBQ area, ideal for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. Villa Maria is a non-smoking property, ensuring a clean and fresh environment for all guests.

Guests are required to follow the house rules.
If the guest doesn’t follow the house rules that can be considered a serious breach of the terms of the lease and in that case, the owner of the accommodation unit and /or the IBB agency have the right to cancel the accommodation lease agreement.
The cancellation takes effect immediately, without a notice period, and the Renter, together with all persons staying there is obliged to leave the accommodation unit within 2 (two) hours.
The guest has no right to request a refund of the amount paid for accommodation from the owner of the accommodation unit or the IBB agency. In case that the guests disturb area with noise and do not calm down even after the warning, the same can be considered a violation of the terms of the lease agreement in which case the owner and / or IBB are authorized to terminate the lease agreement and the guests undertakes to leave the facility permanently within 2 (two) hours and have no right to ask the owner or the IBB agency to refund the amount of paid accommodation. DOG RULES: In Villa Meri is welcome 1 dog up to 10kg weight.
For the dog is not allowed to use the pool, sleep and jump on the beds and the dog owner is obliged to clean up the dog waste.
In case of disrespect the dog rules damage will be refund from the deposit.

Raumaufteilung, Pool mit Sommerküche und Grill. Offener Wohnraum mit Küchen für 6 Personen war Perfekt.
In der Küche würden noch Schneidbretter und scharfe Messer fehlen.
