Welcome to our spacious and cosy home in the exclusive El Olivar urbanisation in Malaga! Accommodating up to 12 people, this holiday retreat is the perfect place for large groups seeking comfort and luxury close to the beach and local attractions.
With 260 square metres of living space on a generous 1500-metre plot, this house offers an oasis of relaxation and entertainment. Outside, you will be greeted by a lush garden with leafy trees, a refreshing private saltwater swimming pool and a barbecue area ideal for enjoying alfresco meals in the warm Malaga sun.
Inside, you will find a carefully laid out layout over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as all the necessary utensils and cutlery to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
The spacious double height living room has two comfortable sofas, a television and a spacious dining area, perfect for family gatherings or gatherings with friends. In addition, the house has 6 bedrooms, including 3 double rooms and 3 rooms with two single beds each, offering a private and peaceful space for all guests. For added comfort, there are 4 bathrooms in total, three with shower and one with bathtub.
Our house also offers modern amenities such as WiFi internet connection, air conditioning for hot summer days and parking within the plot for your peace of mind and convenience.
