Sharing Co presents this bright and beautiful property with three bedrooms; the two main bedrooms have a double bed each, wardrobe and window that gives luminosity to the space, the third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed or separated for two singles according to your needs. The property has a bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. There is also a bright and modern open-plan kitchen with all the necessary elements for you to prepare your favourite recipes during your stay. Within the same space, you will have a spacious living and dining room where you will find a comfortable sofa and a TV with cable to enjoy your favourite programmes and a 4-seater dining room. The property is characterised by its sober and neutral design with touches of colour that give life and warmth to each space to make you feel at home from the first moment.

The property is strategically located just a few minutes from the centre of Madrid and the main points of interest of the city. With all the amenities you need and with an excellent customer service in case you require anything additional.

You will be just a few steps away from the beautiful Agustin Rodriguez Park from where you will enjoy the best sunsets, a few steps from the Canal Foundation from where you will enjoy alternative cultural plans that the city offers, only 14 kilometres from the airport and the mythical Puerta del Sol and not being little if you are a football lover a few meters away you will find the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium where Real Madrid plays the most mythical matches.

3. You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 200 EUR
