It is a lovely three-room apartment on the first and last floor of a tourist complex equipped with every comfort and is composed as follows: living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom with window, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a habitable terrace overlooking the complex park and a loggia on the back. The apartment, with sea view, is facing south and the terrace is perfect for sunbathing and dining while enjoying the sunset. In the complex you will find a restaurant-bar, with 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, a tennis court and a play area equipped for children; all these facilities are free for guests except for the tennis court (or for the occasion also 5-a-side football). Adjacent to the complex there is, to the west, the 'Club San Jaime', an amusement park with swimming pool, slides and restaurants and the Medical Center; to the east the commercial area of Son Bou, where all the other services of the center are located, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, bowling alleys, discos; to the south the splendid beach (about 300 m) of white sand more than 2 kilometers long, partly equipped and partly free. If you want you can just forget the car in the parking lot. The equipment of the apartment are: TV, radio with CD player, fridge-freezer, gas stove with oven, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, umbrella.

Just as advertised, comfortable and clean with all facilities.Good position for easy access to both the swimming pool and beach, which we visited daily and which had really soft sand and seawater as clear as glass and ideal temperature, perfect for bathing.All in all a very nice resort with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

L appartement est très agréable et bien équipé pour passer des vacances confortables.Son Bou est un endroit où l on peut rayonner partout sur l ile en 30 minutes. La plage est vraiment magnifique.

Appartement très propre et tres bien équipé pour un séjour en famille avec 2 enfants (4 ans et 1 an : lit parapluie, siege pour table, jeux plage, machine a laver...). La localisation est parfaite pour acceder a la plage a pied en 10-15mn environ et visiter l'ile en voiture. La piscine, la pataugeo...
