A coastal cottage for 4 on a smallholding 1.5 miles from Llanrhystud beach on Cardigan Bay, Eirlys ('Snowdrop') is a beautifully converted stone barn providing welcoming, high quality accommodation, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
There is a private garden with a hot tub for your exclusive use. Relax and enjoy the beautiful night sky - a sight to take your breath away.
Minimal light pollution allows for a spectacular experience.
A sheer luxury! Eirlys is in a very quiet location on a 7 acre rural smallholding within 1 mile of local shops, post office, garage, pub and 18 hole golf course/driving range. From Eirlys you can explore the varied coastal scenery of Cardigan Bay, walk the local section of the Wales Coast Path, and visit the many pretty little villages and towns on the coast and inland. To the north, Aberystwyth (10 miles) offers a wide selection of entertainment, restaurants, pubs, theatres and cinemas.
To the south, Aberaeron (9 miles) is a very attractive Georgian town with a picturesque harbour and superb restaurants. Visit the National Trust estate of Llanerchaeron, Tregaron Bog nature reserve and Teifi Pools, the ancient Strata Florida Abbey, Devil's Bridge and much more. ACCOMMODATION Eirlys sleeps a maximum of 4 + cot in 2 bedrooms, 1 king size and 1 twin, travel cot available on request UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1: twin room with 3/4 size louvered saloon-style doors Mezzanine galleried sitting area DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 2: king size bed En suite shower room: shower, toilet, hand basin Main bathroom: power shower, toilet, wash hand basin, heated towel rail Lounge: comfortable corner leather seating and equipped with wall mounted Freeview TV, DVD player and HiFi/CD player, exposed original character beams and oak furnishings Kitchen/diner: electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.
The dining area has seating for 5 OUTSIDE At the rear, a stable door leads from the lounge to an enclosed patio and garden area with garden furniture, barbecue, hot tub and clothesline.
There is ample off road parking for two vehicles. KEY FACTS - Bed linen and towels provided.
