3 Prospect Place is a charming period semi-detached cottage located just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants of New Quay.
Its location and views have charmed four generations of the owner's family.
Children have learned to swim and sail here, trails walked and coves and beaches explored. The house was fully refurbished and decorated in 2018. The conservatory offers sea views and an opportunity to spot dolphins and seals in the bay. New Quay is a wonderful spot for a family holiday at the seaside in this beautiful part of Cardigan Bay and is an ideal place to stay for those wishing to explore on the ACCOMMODATION 3 Prospect Place sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and a room with small-single size bunk beds UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sea views Bedroom 3: small room with small-single size bunk beds, sea views Bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail DOWNSTAIRS Living room: 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, pouffe, Freeview TV/DVD, sea views Kitchen/dining area: electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs for 6 Shower room: shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail OUTSIDE Private terrace to the side of the cottage has sea views and a seating area with large table and chairs to make the most of outdoor dining and for soaking up the sea air and sun. Also, the drive and patio at No3 is not fenced off from the road – so any dog will need to be kept on a lead or tethered when outside, for recommended safety. - No smoking
