The 34 square metre Baia New Project mobile home is modern, bright and comfortable.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bunk bed (for a child up to the age of 11).

The kitchenette has a cooker, sink, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The combined living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and satellite TV.

The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

A semi-covered wooden terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The holiday village borders directly on Lake Garda with a small pebble beach.

POOL The holiday complex offers two whirlpools with massage jets on the sun terrace, perfect for relaxing.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request at an additional cost.

A small children's play area is also available.

LEISURE AND SPORT The complex has a well-equipped outdoor fitness area with a wonderful view of the marvellous landscape of Lake Garda.

Healthy snacks and fresh smoothies await you in the beach café.

Water sports and golf courses can be found in the immediate vicinity.

SHOPPING You will find grocery shops and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the holiday complex.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Breakfast can be booked on site.

PETS Two pets (medium size) are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.
