(Extra guest supplement applies should this bedroom be required) Utility Room The utility room is also on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble dryer guests cloakroom with WC & wash-hand basin. 1ST FLOOR The 1st floor has an open plan living / dining area with the kitchen to the one side. Kitchen This is a superb kitchen with a built-in oven & ceramic hob. All the appliances you would expect, including dishwasher, slow cooker and food mixer. The kitchen enjoys a lovely view of the countryside over the rear garden & patio. Dining Area The dining area which has a big family table sits 8 people comfortably and has patio doors opening onto the south facing rear garden, hot tub & patio. Lounge The lounge area has comfortable leather settees and wonderful views of the mountains.

Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of £399 for properties with a hot tub, payable directly to Lounge Holidays and reimbursed within 14 days of departure as per our website T&Cs.
