Emplacement calme, très bonne localisation près du port, facilité stationnement.
Agence Immobiliara de l Emporda très réactive, personnel accueillant, très professionnel.
Etat général de la plomberie vétuste. Alimentation en eau défectueuse : nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant plusieurs jours, (génant avec des enfants en bas âge !!!)
Très grande maison, très proche de la plage et des commerces.

La ubicació, la casa en general també ha estat molt bé i adequada per les set persones que erem i l'atenció de l'agència local (excel.lent)
La humitat al lavabo d'abaix i que hi havia estris de cuina bruts (alguna florits de l'alta humitat que té la casa a la planta baixa)
