This stylish contemporary apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake.
In the heart of beautiful Desenzano del Garda, this first-floor holiday apartment for 3, allows guests easy access to everything the Lake has to offer.
It makes the ideal base to explore the historic sites of Desenzano del Garda and beyond. The airy living/dining area is elegantly furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen TV. French windows open onto a small balcony, which overlooks the quiet street.

It includes newly fitted units and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The fresh master bedroom has a double bed, hanging rails and a chest of drawers Extra: There is a single sofa bed and air-conditioning in the living room. Bathroom The modern, tiled bathroom includes a shower, basin, bidet, WC and washing machine. For self-catering, the town’s weekly market (5 minute walk) on Tuesday mornings is the best place to find fresh local produce to cook at home. There are several beaches close by and here visitors can swim, kayak, paddleboard or windsurf.
Guests can hire their own boat (rental centre 4 minute walk) or alternatively, there are regular ferries from Desenzano del Garda to many of the lovely, historic towns around the lake.
The ferry dock is 8 minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (35 minute drive) and Milan Bergamo (55 minute drive).
