The property was spotless
The park itself was amazingly clean, friendly
The amusements and take aways were good value for money
Buses take you directly to Fantasy Island I think it was £2 each

Great communication with owner, who was really helpful. Good position and nice site. Plenty of things to do. Very comfortable van. Great value for money and overall we really enjoyed staying there.
Some lights don't work (near boiler cupboard). A few bits of furniture getting shabby, such as the coffee table. Sofa quite old. Smelt a bit "fusty" when we arrived (may be the hot weather)
Some annoying things, like a firm washing the caravan next door using compressors while we were sitting outside (very noisy), and also electricity turned off for short period by site. Not owners fault of course.
