A dream holiday with your family in this charming villa with private pool.
The villa is distributed entirely on a single floor of approximately 119m2, with no stairs and direct access to the swimming pool, with stairs only to access from the external parking.
The lounge is spacious, welcoming and bright from where you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of Roses Bay.
The open-plan kitchen with bar has all the necessary appliances for the comfort of your holiday, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle,…), pantry
It has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and another with a bathtub.
All rooms have air conditioning, but you should know that the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. If this is exceeded, extra kw will be charged at current market price.
The kw/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract. We remind you that air conditioning units tend to cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not at home. The WiFi is included in the price. On the terrace there is a small porch with an awning and an electric barbecue so you can enjoy outdoor lunches whilst admiring the landscape. You can also park your car in the external car park. If you have doubts such as: What dimension does the pool have? It measures 4x8m shallow What are the beds like? There is 1 double bed of 180x200cm and 2 single beds of 90x200cm. Are the towels included? No, but we have them available for rent. Who is responsible for maintaining the swimming pool? (+) : We had a wonderful stay at this house. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning and made the whole experience unforgettable. The pool was great, just the right size for relaxing and enjoying the sun. We especially loved having our meals on the spacious terrace with its beautiful view. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
