Welcome to our paradise on Earth!
This welcoming holiday villa is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing and family getaway.
Located in Mas Fumats, with panoramic views of the stunning Roses bay on the Costa Brava. With capacity for a maximum of 6 people, the house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a toilet for your comfort.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house is distributed over two floors.
On the main floor there is an entrance hall with a storage room and an independent toilet.
Through the entrance hall you enter the living room with an open kitchen, fireplace, dining table and a cosy sofa. From the living room you access the spacious outdoor terrace with a cosy seating area for 5 people, a dining table and a second fireplace that can be used for barbecues.
To keep it cool, the terrace has fixed sun protection and for additional shade there is a parasol. From the terrace you can access the private swimming pool of 8x4m and the lower terrace by a staircase.
The pool has steps and reaches a depth of 2 metres.
There is an outdoor shower and sun loungers and chairs.
The garden can be accessed through a small exit door beneath the stairs and has several pleasant tiled areas where you can sit and relax in the shade of the olive trees or find a sunny spot to sunbathe. The lower floor of the house is accessed via a staircase from the living room where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a second toilet.
Two bedrooms have double beds and direct access to the terrace and pool.
The third bedroom has two single beds. For your convenience, the house is equipped with high-speed fibre optic Internet, WiFi and a 55-inch 4K television with Google TV for all your streaming and applications.
In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine that you can use. The kitchen has all the necessary modern appliances, such as a ceramic hob, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.
Additionally, a second refrigerator with freezer is present in the storage room if additional refrigerated storage is needed. You will also find a Nespresso machine, traditional filter coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, hot water boiler and all the equipment necessary for cooking. You will spend unforgettable moments on the spacious terrace sitting in the lounge, where you can enjoy privacy and stunning panoramic views whilst preparing a delicious barbecue. There is outdoor parking in front of the house for 2 cars for your convenience. (+) : Badkamer en slaapkamers prima.
(-) : Keukengerei: Prima voor de barbecue, maar om te koken (winter) heb ik een nog kleine pan en een royale braadpan gemist. Ook nog wat aandacht voor keukengerei t.b.v. de antiaanbaklaag in de koekenpannen zoals een spatel en lepel die wel hittebestendig zijn.
Woonkamer: om te lezen zou een schemer/leeslamp prettig zijn.

(+) : schöner Pool, gute Einrichtung, neue Küche und Bad
(-) : leider kein Schattenplatz am Pool und nur mäßige Beschattung auf der oberen Terrasse,
sehr steile und enge Innentreppe, nur Internet-TV mit großen Einschränkungen für deutsches Programm, Fliegenschutz in den Schlafräumen kaputt.
