Apartment in Llafranc with a spacious furnished terrace to enjoy meals and breakfasts in the sun. It is located about 200 metres from Llafranc beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava.
To access the apartment from the street, there are about 30 steps, and the apartment is accessed from the terrace.
On the ground floor is the living-dining room with sofas and television that leads directly to the terrace.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook during your stay. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: a bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub (to access this room, you have to go down three steps) and a third bedroom with a single bed. Also on the ground floor, there is another full bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you will find the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. No bookings are accepted for individuals under 35 years of age. Pets not allowed Check-in The check-in will be carried out at our office in Llafranc located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Security Deposit (refundable) : 300 € per booking . Final Cleaning : 100 € per booking Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Baby high chair : 5 € per day . Heating : 8 € per day . Bed linen : 8 € per person . Towels : 8 € per person . Internet Access : 7 € per day . Cot/Crib : 5 € per day Property managed by a professional.
