"Norbert" is a charming 4-room semi-detached house spanning 75 m2 across 2 levels, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, a welcoming living room opens into a large kitchen equipped with a dining table, offering direct access to a terrace of 18 m2. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities, along with an 80-litre boiler serving the level.
On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, an entrance hall leads to the sleeping quarters. 2 double bedrooms are available, each offering access to a balcony of 8 m2. A third room features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 140 to 220 cm and is furnished with 2 beds behind a curtain partition.
The upper floor is served by a second bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a 50-litre boiler.
An additional terrace of 13 m2 is also accessible from this level.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer. Pool reicht zum Abkühlen. Schöne Außenküche, sehr schöne Terrassen, toller Außenbereich. Wir hätten uns einen Backofen gewünscht - Kombimikrowelle war vorhanden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Nähe zur Eibstiegsstelle zum Wasser waren toll. Die kleine Terassa am Meer war eine Oase. Aber die andere Hälfte des Doppelhauses ist eine Schrottimobilie, vor der sich der Müll stapelte. Auch die Strasse...
