61 West Avenue consists of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a family room with double and bunk bed, and another family room with double and day bed, along with shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, and off-road parking for two cars. Please note that this is a pet-friendly property and two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.4 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
