A perfect little chalet, everything we needed very clean and comfortable. Very cosy even in the cold evenings. Lovely play area outside and perfect place for getting to the beach with your dog. Host is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The property was excellant and clean. Modern, up to date and comfortable facilities throughout. Location ideal for surrounding areas ie Sutton on Sea and Skegness. Lovely place to stay.
